The cable connects Raspberry Pi through way of this short flexible ribbon cable to the digicam. The digicam is connects to the BCM2835 processor at the Pi via the CSI bus, a better bandwidth hyperlink which incorporates pixel facts from the camera lower back to the processor. This bus travels alongside the ribbon cable that attaches the digicam board to the Pi.
