Product features:
- The phase difference between two columns of the same frequency signal is usually measured in electrical instrumentation, data processing of synchronous sensing, and phase frequency characteristics of the network.
- The conventional phase meter has a narrow operating band and a low frequency, and the accuracy is not high.
- The AD8302 accurately measures the phase difference of two independent signals up to 2.7 GHz and measures the amplitude ratio (gain) / loss of two columns.
- It consists of two-band logarithmic detectors, which match well with the logarithmic compression principle of the logarithmic amplifier.
- Therefore, it can be used to measure the gain and phase difference of circuits such as amplifiers and mixers and is particularly suitable for detecting wireless base stations.
- AD8302 internal structure consists of two precision matched demodulated broadband log amps, a multiplier type broadband phase detector, three adders (& sum;), a set of output amplifiers, bias circuits and reference buffers.
- The input signal can be a single ended signal or a differential signal.
Usage instructions:
- The gain outputs of the module are VMAG and MEST, phase difference outputs are shortened to VPHS and PSET measurement mode and operate at the default slope and center point.
- The phase difference output voltage proportional coefficient is 10mV / °, and the phase difference can be -180 ° to 0 °.
- The phase difference between the two measured signals is determined as positive or negative depending on the slope.
