"The 7″ Official Raspberry Pi Display with Capacitive Touchscreen gives customers the potential to create the all-in-one, incorporated projects together with pills, infotainment systems, and embedded projects!
The 800×480 show connects via an adapter board which handles electricity and signal conversion. Only two connections to the Pi are required; strength from the Pi’s GPIO port and a ribbon cable that connects to the DSI port present on all Raspberry Pi’s. Touchscreen drivers with help for 10-finger contact and an on-display screen keyboard may be incorporated into the ultra-modern Raspbian OS for complete capability without a physical keyboard or mouse.
Note: Raspberry Pi and power deliver are NOT blanketed! Compatible with Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+, The show will technically work with the Model A and Model B boards (connecting it to the DSI port on the Pi board), however, the mounting holes at the back of the show will handiest line up with the more recent board designs (A+, B+, Pi 2, and Pi 3).
