TERMS RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

At Sensorembedded.com we are committed to deliver the best product though online shopping  fair and transparent manner.

Our Returns & Cancellation Policy has been created with these principles in mind. It’s really very simple. If we send you a product that is damaged in transit then we will either send you a replacement or give you a full refund, provided you do the following:

  1. Refuse to take delivery of the shipment if you can see that it has been visibly damaged or is incomplete; or
  2. In order to protect customers from shipping damage,item mismatch or parts missing , Customer must notify to SENSOR EMBEDDED within 10 days from date of  shipping of any defective product. Returns are normally accepted when completed within 10 days of the ship date. If SENSOR EMBEDDED agrees to accept a return, return freight charges must be paid by customer.
  3. To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product.

Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way or with failure ic.

No Warranty or refund for 3rd party manufactured products or imported goods, warranty or refund  only goods manufactured by sensorembedded with logo and website address of company.

Some products may require return directly to the manufacturer if warranty provided. Contact a sales representative for a Return Materials Authorization Number and addressing instructions prior to returning product.

If the damaged product out of stock will be replaced immediately when stock arrives maximum of 20 working days from the date of return.

Governing Law

This agreement and each TOS shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai.
